Preheat the air-fryer to 350 F. Separate biscuits and cut a hole in each biscuit. Air-fry the donuts in batches for 8-10 minutes.
Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Dip the tops of each donut into the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate, and decorate with the sprinkles.
