Air-Fryer Ranch Mac and Cheese Biscuit Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. elbow pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans biscuits

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air-fryer to 350 F. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Cook flour and ranch seasoning mix until lightly browned.
  2. Pour in milk and cheese. Continue to cook over medium heat, while whisking until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened. Mix with the pasta.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough. Place a small amount of mac and cheese in each biscuit, roll into a ball. Air-fry in batches for 8-10 minutes.
