Air-Fryer Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 pound thinly sliced steak
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese, sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook steak and seasonings in the skillet until the meat is no longer pink. Remove from the skillet.
  2. Heat the remaining olive oil in the skillet over medium heat, cook pepper and onion until softened.
  3. Add the meat back into the skillet and let heat through. Preheat air-fryer to 375 F. Evenly divide cheese steak mixture between egg roll wrappers top each with one half of cheese.
  4. Roll in an egg roll and air-fry in batches for 10-12 minutes.
