Preheat air-fryer to 400 F. Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg and milk. In another shallow dish, whisk together breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then fully coat into the breadcrumb mixture. Place 4-5 ravioli into the preheated air-fryer. Cook in batches for 8-10 minutes per batch.
