Taco Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can rotel
  • 1 ( 5 oz.) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 ( 16 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain and return meat to the skillet. Add in rotel with juices, taco seasoning, and drained corn.
  • Cook mixture for another 5 minutes over medium heat. Spread the beef mixture out into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with tater tots.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for another 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
