Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain and return meat to the skillet. Add in rotel with juices, taco seasoning, and drained corn.
Cook mixture for another 5 minutes over medium heat. Spread the beef mixture out into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Top with tater tots.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for another 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
