Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

fresh brussels sprouts

olive oil

tablespoons
grated parmesan cheese
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
ground black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut ends off of brussels sprouts and cut in half. In a medium bowl, mix brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Spread brussels sprouts out into a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
