Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1 ( 10 oz.) bag white candy melts
  • 1/4 cup blue sanding sugar

Method
 

  1. Melt candy melts according to the package directions, stirring after each interval until smooth and melted.
  2. Place sanding sugar in a shallow dish. Dip strawberries into the white candy melts, then coat the ends of the strawberry in blue sanding sugar.
  3. Place strawberries onto a plate and refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
