Preheat the oven to 250 F. Lay square shaped pretzels in a single layer onto a large ungreased baking sheet.
Place one rolo onto each pretzel. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Remove from oven and place one square pretzel on top of each rolo, pressing the chocolate down.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each one until it is fully melted. Dip half of the pretzels into the melted chocolate and set onto plates.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set. Store pretzel bites in an air tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
