5-Ingredient Baked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. elbow pasta
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place pasta into a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle flour onto the pasta. Top with butter and sprinkle shredded cheese. Pour milk evenly over the entire casserole.
  • Cover pasta with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
