In a large bowl with a mixer, beat peanut butter with softened butter and both sugars until a thick dough forms.
Place peanut butter dough onto the pretzels, sandwich with another pretzel. Place onto plates and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Place chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
Dip half of the pretzels into the melted chocolate and place back onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until set.
