The brownie batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar and mix until fluffy.
  3. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Evenly divide the brownie batter between the lined muffin pan. Evenly top with the peanut butter cookie dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
