Soft and chewy brownie mix cookie cups filled with walnuts and white chocolate chips. And rolled in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. The cinnamon sugar mixture gives these brownie cookie cups a delicious snickerdoodle flavor. Everyone will love the chewy texture of the brownie cups and delicious white chocolate flavors.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of walnut brownie mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the cookies into a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box walnut brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place into the prepared paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
