Waffle Fry Nachos

Sharing is caring!

Crispy and cheesy waffle fries make a great appetizer to serve with just about any meal. You can top these fries with just about anything that you would normally top on nachos. Such as olives, sour cream, tomatoes, or for a more hearty dish, you can top it with ground beef or shredded chicken. These make a great appetizer to go with burgers or hot dogs, or any other main meal.
Waffle fries are perfect for using as the base for these nachos because they are wider than regular fries, perfect for holding all of the toppings. Cook the fries according to the package directions, until they are crispy. Top with cheese, and your favorite nacho toppings. I used sliced olives and jalapenos. Then topped with sour cream after baking. But you can top them with anything, such as guacamole or tomatoes.
