Valentine’s Day Butterfinger Candy Bars

Easy three ingredient homemade butterfinger candy bars for Valentine’s day. These easy chocolate bars are made using pink Valentine’s day themed candy corn mixed with peanut butter, and covered in melted chocolate. They make the perfect fun and easy treat to make this Valentine’s day. And everyone will love the classic peanut butter butterfinger flavors.

The only three ingredients that you need is some pink Valentine’s day themed candy corn, peanut butter, and a bag of chocolate chips. The candy corn and peanut butter are melted in the microwave together until smooth. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Freeze the mixture until it is completely set. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Cut the candy corn mixture into bars, and fully coat each one into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

  • 1 cup Valentine's day candy corn
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place the candy corn and peanut butter into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Freeze for at least 20 minutes. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Cut the candy corn mixture into bars, and fully coat each candy bar into the melted chocolate. Set onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
