Strawberry Ice Cream Pie

Easy frozen ice cream pie with strawberry ice cream and topped with chocolate and caramel syrups along with whipped cream. Everyone will love the delicious strawberry and chocolate caramel flavors in this easy summer themed pie. It is perfect for any hot day this summer.

The pie is made by first adding caramel syrup to the bottom of a prepared graham cracker crust. Add ice cream over the caramel and drizzle with more caramel syrup and chocolate syrup. Top with whipped cream and store in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until serving.

Strawberry Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 3 cups strawberry ice cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel syrup
  • chocolate syrup
  • whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Spread the caramel syrup into a 9-inch graham cracker crust. Top with ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and more caramel syrup. Top evenly with whipped cream.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
