St. Patrick’s Day Peanut Butter Balls

Quick and easy homemade candy for St. Patrick’s day. These easy and delicious homemade peanut butter balls are filled with St. Patrick’s day themed sprinkles, and covered in melted chocolate. Peanut butter balls are a classic for every holiday or occasion. Everyone will love making these no-bake peanut butter balls for a fun St. Patrick’s day themed treat this year.

The only five ingredients that you need is butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, green sprinkles, and a bag of chocolate chips. Mix the butter with the peanut butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Fold the green sprinkles into the dough. Roll the dough into balls, and place them onto a large plate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Use a fork to fully coat each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, set them back onto plates, and decorate with more sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

St. Patrick's Day Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup green sprinkles
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar until it is fully combined.
  • Fold in the sprinkles. Roll the dough into balls and set them onto plates. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate. Set back onto plates, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
