Lime sherbert and 7-up work great together to create a fun St. Patricks day treat. No baking or cooking is required to make this sherbert float. Just five minutes and an ice cream scoop is needed. The green color of the sherbert makes this recipe festive for St. Patricks day, but it also goes well with a Christmas drink as well. I used 7-up to make it, but any other clear soda will work. Such as sprite or you could even use ginger ale.
The only ingredients needed to make this float is lime sherbert, one can of either 7-up or sprite and some whipped cream to top it off. I used lime sherbert to make the float green to make it festive for St. Patricks day. Evenly divide the sherbert between two glasses and pour a can of 7-up or sprite over the sherbert. It should start to fizz up. Then top them off with some whipped cream.
