Easy and delicious homemade ice cream sandwich cake made using only five simple ingredients. Ice cream sandwiches are layered with frozen whipped topping, hot fudge, caramel topping, and chopped mixed nuts. The caramel and chopped nuts make this delicious ice cream cake have all of the classic flavors of Snickers candy bars. This easy cake is perfect to make for any summer themed occasion.

The only five ingredients that you need for this cake is ice cream sandwiches, a container of frozen whipped topping, a jar of hot fudge topping, caramel ice cream topping, and a bag of chopped mixed nuts. The cake is layered with ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, hot fudge, caramel, and chopped nuts. The layers are then repeated again, ending with the chopped nuts. Cover and store in the freezer until serving.

Snickers Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 18 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 ( 8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
  • 1 jar hot fudge topping
  • 1 bottle caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 ( 4 oz.) bag chopped mixed nuts

Instructions
 

  • Place half of the ice cream sandwiches into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly with half of the frozen whipped topping. Top evenly with half of the hot fudge topping. Top with half of the caramel topping. Sprinkle with half of the chopped nuts.
  • Repeat the layers of ice cream sandwiches, frozen whipped topping, hot fudge, caramel topping, and sprinkle with the remaining chopped nuts. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
