Quick and easy energy bites using only five simple ingredients to make them. These easy energy bites make a delicious healthy snack. They are packed with protein from the oats and peanut butter. And it only takes a couple of minutes make these easy energy bites, and you can keep them in the fridge until you are ready to serve them. They have all of the flavors of s’mores from the chocolate chips and mini marshmallow bits. They would make the perfect summer or any time of the year snack.

The only ingredients that you need to make these, are quick oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and marshmallow bits. To make these easy energy bites, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls, and either serve right away, or store in the fridge until you are ready to serve them.

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallow bits

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls. Serve or store in the fridge until serving.
