Creamy smooth sweet cheese ball with chocolate chips and marshmallows all covered with crushed graham cracker crumbs. This s’mores cheese ball has all of the flavors of a classic s’more made into a sweet cream cheese and powered sugar ball. It is a fun delicious no-bake dessert to enjoy this summer. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels or vanilla wafers or any other of your favorite crackers. This cheese ball will make for a fun and tasty summer themed centerpiece.
For the base of this cheese ball, using a mixer beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together along with vanilla extract until fluffy. Fold chocolate chips and mini marshmallows into the mixture. Form the cheese ball mixture into a ball and wrap it into foil. Freeze for at least one hour, for it to hold its shape. For the outer coating of the cheese ball, in a shallow dish, combine crushed graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Roll the cheese ball in the mixture, pressing the mixture into the cheese ball. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
S'mores Cheeseball
Ingredients
- 2 2 ( 8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large mixer using either a hand or stand mixer, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract together until fluffy.
- Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup mini marshmallows. Form mixture into a ball and wrap in foil. Freeze for at least one hour.
- Place graham crackers, the remaining chocolate chips and the remaining mini marshmallows into a shallow dish. Roll the cheese ball in the mixture, pressing the chocolate chips and marshmallows into the mixture. Place on a serving plate and serve with graham crackers or pretzels.
