Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken and Broccoli

Tender and juicy chicken covered in a delicious homemade honey mustard sauce, and sprinkled with dried parsley. The chicken is baked in the oven along with fresh broccoli that is seasoned with salt and pepper. They both cooked on the same sheet pan, making this dinner easier with less dishes. Serve with your favorite side dishes for a quick and easy meal that everyone will love.

The honey mustard sauce is made by mixing dijon mustard with equal parts honey. Place the chicken onto half of a greased sheet pan. Pour the honey mustard sauce over each chicken and sprinkle evenly with the dried parsley. Mix the fresh broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, or any other seasonings that you would like. Spread the broccoli next to the chicken on the other side of the sheet pan. Bake until the broccoli and lightly browned and the chicken is tender and no longer pink in the center.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 pound fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place chicken onto half of a greased sheet pan. In a small bowl, combine mustard and honey. Evenly divide over the chicken. Sprinkle with dried parsley
  • In a medium bowl, combine broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread over the other half of the sheet pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
