Quick and easy three ingredient no-bake rice crispy cookies. Rice krispy cereal is coated in a mixture of melted chocolate and peanut butter. The mixture is placed onto a large plate and refrigerated until it is firm. It takes just a couple of minutes to put these simple treats together, but everyone will love the chocolate and peanut butter flavor combination together. And the crispy texture from the cereal.

The only three ingredients that you need to make this quick and easy treat is a bag of chocolate chips, peanut butter, and rice krispy cereal. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. The cereal is folded into the chocolate mixture, and then they are placed in spoonful onto a large plate. Refrigerate until the mixture is completely set.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup Rice krispy cereal

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fold in the cereal. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto a plate. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
