Easy no-bake buttercream truffles with peppermint extract, and decorated with pretzels, candy eyes and M&Ms to make the truffles look like reindeer. Everyone will love these easy no-bake treats this Christmas. No baking is needed and all you need is a few minutes to put them together.
The truffles are made by mixing butter with powdered sugar and peppermint extract until a thick dough forms. Roll the mixture into balls and freeze while you melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until they are fully melted and smooth. Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes, M&Ms and pretzels and let sit until it is completely set.
