- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- candy eyes
- pretzel sticks
- red m&ms
Instructions
- In a large bowl, with a mixer, beat softened butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Roll dough into balls and set onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth. Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, set back onto plates. Decorate with pretzel sticks, candy eyes, and m&ms. Let chocolate set.
