Quick and easy chewy chocolate brownie cookies decorated into reindeer. These cookies are made from a homemade brownie batter. You can also use a boxed brownie mix for the cookies instead. After the cookies are baked, they are decorated into reindeer using pretzels, chocolate chips, and m&m candy. They make such a fun and easy treat to make for this Christmas.
The brownie batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large mixing bowl. If you are short on time, you can use a box of brownie mix instead and prepare it according to package directions. Use a cookie scoop to drop tablespoons of the batter onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Decorate the cookies with the pretzels for the antlers, the chocolate chips for the eyes, and the m&ms for the nose. Let the cookies cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
