Reese’s Pieces Peanut Butter Snowball Cookies

Sharing is caring!

Easy classic snowball cookies filled with tons of peanut butter flavor with peanut butter mixed into the cookie dough, and Reese’s pieces candy mixed throughout the dough. These cookies are delicious, they taste like a shortbread cookie rolled in powdered sugar. The Reese’s pieces and peanut butter combined make these cookies even better than a classic snowball cookie because it has so much flavor to them.

The cookie dough for these cookies is started like a classic snowball cookie, except that peanut butter is added to the butter and powdered sugar. Once the dough is prepared, Reese’s pieces are folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the bottoms are lightly browned. Roll the cookies into a shallow dish of powdered sugar, and let cool completely on a wire rack.
