The cookie dough is made similar to a classic oatmeal cookie dough, except for the addition of Reese’s pieces. Evenly press the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before serving.

Reese's Pieces Oatmeal Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Reese's pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the Reese's pieces. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
