The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Stir in the food coloring until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until it is fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
