The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fourth of July themed sprinkles are folded into the dough. Roll the dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place onto a baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Fourth of July sprinkles
- mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in sprinkles.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
