Soft and chewy cookies made with a box of cake mix and mixed with green food coloring. The cookies are filled with white chocolate chips, and with Reese’s peanut butter cups stuffed in each cookie. Each cookie is also topped with a mini heart shaped sprinkle for the Grinch.
To make the cookie dough, mix the cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring until it is fully green. Fold in the white chocolate chips and roll the dough into balls, flatten slightly and place one peanut butter cup on each cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and top each one with a heart sprinkle.
