The cookie dough is made similar to classic snowball cookies, except for the addition of peanut butter and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the bottom of the cookies are lightly browned. Roll the baked cookies in a dish of powdered sugar and let cool completely before serving.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Snowball Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini Reese's peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until fluffy. Add in vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Add in flour, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in peanut butter cups. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Place the remaining powdered sugar in a shallow dish. Roll the cookies into the powdered sugar.
