Easy homemade red velvet cookie dough sandwiched between two pretzels, and dipped in melted white chocolate. The red velvet cookie dough is made edible by using no eggs, and the flour is heated in the microwave. White chocolate chips are folded into the cookie dough, and sandwiched between pretzels. These easy bites make the perfect easy Valentine’s day or Christmas treat.
The cookie dough is first made by heating the flour and cocoa powder in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Mix the mixture with the butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Red food coloring is added into the cookie dough, then white chocolate chips are folded in. Divide the dough between half of the pretzels. Sandwich with the remaining half. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Dip half of each pretzel bite into the melted chocolate, then set back onto plates. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
