Red Velvet Conversation Heart Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- red food coloring

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
