The brownie batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl until smooth. The batter is poured into a prepared pie crust. Bake until the center of the pie comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before serving.

Red Velvet Brownie Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • red food coloring
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the red food coloring. Mix until it is fully red.
  • Place the pie crust into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Pour the brownie mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
