Ranch Cheeseburger Sliders

Easy and cheesy homemade sliders made with ground beef that is seasoned with ranch seasoning mix, and topped with shredded cheddar cheese. The mini sliders are served on sweet Hawaiian rolls. Everyone will love these easy cheeseburger sliders as a delicious dinner, or as a appetizer that everyone will love.

The burger is made by mixing the beef with ranch seasoning mix, and pressing the meat mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake until the beef is fully cooked through. Cut the tops of the rolls off, and place the bottoms onto a baking sheet. Spread evenly with mayonnaise. Place the burger patty on the rolls, and top with cheese. Place the tops of the rolls back on and brush lightly with the butter. Bake until the cheese has melted and the rolls are lightly browned.

Ranch Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 12 hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with the ranch seasoning mix. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cut the tops of the rolls off and place the bottoms onto a large greased baking sheet. Evenly spread the mayonnaise onto the bread. Place the hamburger patty onto the rolls.
  • Top with cheese and the top of the rolls. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
