Classic brownie batter is baked into chewy cookies. It is a fun twist on a classic brownie, they have all of the same flavor and texture of brownies, but in the shape of a cookie. The texture for these cookies is a mix of brownies and cookies, it is a little more cake like than traditional cookies, with all of the delicious flavors of a chewy chocolate brownie.
The brownie batter is simple to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in the same bowl. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the center comes out clean. Let the cookies cool on a cooling rack completely before serving.
