Pepper Jack Broccoli Casserole

Creamy and cheesy broccoli casserole with two types of cheese, and topped with crispy french fried onions. This easy cheesy broccoli casserole makes the perfect easy side dish to make for any holiday dinner, such as Easter or Thanksgiving. Everyone will love the spicy pepper jack cheese combined with the cheddar cheese.

The broccoli casserole is made by first cooking the broccoli according to the package directions. Then mix the broccoli with the soup, milk, salt, pepper, and 1/2 of the fried onions. Spread it into a greased casserole dish. Top with both shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese. Top with the remaining french fried onions. Bake until the cheese has fully melted and the onions are crispy.

Pepper Jack Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (12 oz.) bag frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 ( 10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 can french fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cook the broccoli according to package directions. In a large casserole dish, combine broccoli with cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in 1/2 of the french fried onions. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese. Top with the remaining fried onions. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
