Easy s’mores made for Easter using nutter butter cookies instead of graham crackers. And instead of regular marshmallows, sweet peeps marshmallows are used. Everyone will love these fun spring or Easter themed treats this year.
The only three ingredients that you need is nutter butter cookies, peeps marshmallows, and some chocolate chips. Remove the tops of the nutter butter cookies, and place the bottoms on a large baking sheet. Place one peep and some chocolate chips on each cookie. Bake until the marshmallows begin to puff up. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the tops of the cookies.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Remove the tops of the nutter butter cookies and place the bottoms on a large baking sheet. Top with the peeps and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the tops of the cookies.
