Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed butterfinger candy bars
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the butterfinger candy bars. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
