Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with chocolate m&ms, coated in powdered sugar and baked giving these cookies a crinkle look. The peanut butter and chocolate from the m&ms go perfectly together in this cookie. They are perfect for just about any occasion. They would make great Christmas cookies, you can even use Christmas-themed m&ms to make them more festive.
The dough for these cookies is a classic peanut butter cookie dough, with m&ms folded into the cookie dough. You can use either regular or peanut m&ms for these. The dough is rolled into balls, then rolled into a shallow dish of powdered sugar, and baked until the center comes out clean. Once they are baked, the powdered sugar should give the cookies a crinkle look. Let them cool on wire racks before serving.
