It is so quick and easy to prepare, all of the ingredients get mixed together, then baked until the potatoes are fork-tender and crispy.

You just need three ingredients to make these potatoes, just red potatoes, olive oil, and ranch seasoning. There is no need to peel the potatoes before baking, just cut them into fourths. Mix the potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning. Spread the potatoes out into a large greased baking sheet. Bake until the potatoes are fork-tender and crispy.

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) packet ranch seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, combine potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning.
  • Spread potatoes out into a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
