Baked Fried Chicken Sliders

Tender and juicy baked chicken sliders that are perfect for serving as an easy meal, or as an appetizer for game day. The chicken is breaded in a mixture of flour and seasonings and baked until crispy and no longer pink in the center. It is then served on slider buns. Top with all of your favorite toppings and serve with a side of chips or fries.

The chicken is first cut into smaller pieces to fit the slider buns. They are easy coated in a mixture of milk, egg, and hot sauce, then covered with a seasoned flour. Place onto a greased baking sheet and bake until the crust is lightly golden browned and the chicken is tender and no longer pink in the center.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose four
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. ICut chicken into smaller pieces. In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, and hot sauce together. Combine flour and seasonings in another shallow dish.
  • Dip each chicken in the egg mixture then fully coat in the flour mixture. Place onto a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Serve on slider buns.
