Oven-Roasted Greek Cauliflower

Crispy oven roasted cauliflower seasoned with Greek seasoning. This side dish is so quick and easy to prepare. Just three simple ingredients are all that you need to make it. You can have this dish ready in 30 minutes. This dish is perfect for just about any meal. It is great served with chicken or pork chops.

The only three ingredients that you need for this cauliflower is a large head of cauliflower that has been chopped into florets, olive oil, and Greek seasoning. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl, then spread out into a greased baking sheet. Roast in the oven until the cauliflower is tender and lightly golden browned. Serve with any main meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Chop cauliflower into florets and mix with olive oil, cheese and Greek seasoning. Spread out into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
