Oven-Roasted Cajun Potato Wedges

Crispy and slightly spicy potato wedges roasted in the oven. They make a delicious side dish or appetizer to go along with any summer meal, such as burgers or hot dogs. The potato wedges are made spicy by being seasoned with Cajun seasoning. You can serve these tasty fries with a side of ketchup or any other favorite dipping sauce.

You only need three easy ingredients to make these wedges. Just potatoes, olive oil, and Cajun seasoning. The potatoes are cut into thick potato wedges. And mixed with olive oil and seasoning. Spread onto a baking sheet, and bake until the potatoes are fork-tender and crispy.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, combine potato wedges with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Spread wedges out onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes.
