The only five ingredients that you need is a box of lemon cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, M&Ms, and Oreo cookies. The cake mix is mixed with eggs, vegetable oil, and M&Ms until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake until each cookie is fully cooked through.
