The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of lemon cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and butterscotch baking chips. Use a cookie scoop to place cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Lemon Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch baking chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
