The only five ingredients that you need for these cookies is a box of brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Easter themed sprinkles, and Oreo cookies. The brownie mix is mixed with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold the sprinkles into the batter. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, covering the Oreo cookies completely. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
