Soft and chewy cookies filled with all of the classic flavors of S’mores, with chocolate Oreo cookies stuffed in each cookie. These easy cookies are perfect to bake for any summer themed occasion, or anytime of the year that you want to enjoy the classic flavors of s’mores.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Then fold in chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallow bits. The cookie dough is placed onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of dough, then cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and marshmallow bits.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of dough. Cover with more cookie dough, covering the Oreo cookies completely. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
