The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil and mint extract until smooth. Stir in food coloring until it is green. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Mint White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- green food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and mint extract until smooth. Add in the food coloring until it is fully green. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
