The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Then sprinkles and chocolate chips are folded into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a baking sheet, and place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Halloween Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Halloween sprinkles
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
